On a prominent site, we preserved the existing street-facing facade while completely rebuilding the home with cutting-edge sustainable technologies. The new structure seamlessly integrates solar panels, geothermal systems, backup batteries, and a dumbwaiter, balancing historical preservation with modern, eco-conscious design.
